  • Adam Posner

    CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

    Adam is an investor, operator, and entrepreneur, with a wide range of experiences and skills. Mr. Posner spent five years as a principal investor with LL Funds, a Philadelphia-based growth equity firm, where he structured and grew multiple portfolio company investments. Prior to LL Funds, Adam served as Director of Corporate Strategy for Offerpad, where he designed and built-out the finance and strategy functions, helped secure a roughly 5x valuation mark-up on a Series C fundraise, and contributed to an industry-leading asset-backed debt warehouse facility, which was later adopted by major competitors. Before joining Offerpad, Adam was part of IBM’s Corporate Integrations Team, providing value to major corporations such as Fannie Mae, Marriott International, and Wal-Mart. Prior to joining IBM, Mr. Posner founded a company focused on alternative risk allocation of Thoroughbred racehorses, which he eventually sold.

    Adam received a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Mathematics, Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude, from Franklin & Marshall College. Adam lives in Philadelphia, PA.

  • Rodrigo Castro

    CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER

    Rodrigo is an experienced investor, strategist, and relationship builder with a background in growth equity and investment banking. Rodrigo most recently served as an investor at LL Funds, a Philadelphia-based growth equity firm, where he developed, implemented, and led the company's deal sourcing infrastructure. His efforts resulted in a significant expansion of the firm's network and deal funnel, growing them by over 10x. Rodrigo also supported the underwriting and structuring of various portfolio investments, along with assisting existing portfolio companies with debt and equity capital raising efforts. Before joining LL Funds, Rodrigo worked in investment banking at Ambassadors Financial Group, which was acquired by PNC Capital Markets. During his tenure, he worked on a broad range of transactions, including M&A, equity financings, and debt capital raises for financial services companies. Additionally, he served as one of the lead team members in the launch of the firm's fintech coverage group.

    Rodrigo received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and German Culture & History from Amherst College. Rodrigo lives in Philadelphia, PA.

  • Fabio Terlevich

    CO-FOUNDER & NON-EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

    Fabio is a seasoned engineer, mentor, and investor with over 25 years of company building experience. He has a passion for building high-performing teams and value-creating companies through innovation, technology applications, and teamwork. Direct experience includes private equity, private credit, residential mortgage-backed securities (RMBS), and manufacturing. Personal investor in digital infrastructure, oil & gas, consumer goods, and US farmland. Since 2019, Mr. Terlevich acquired seven US manufacturing businesses, focused on water management and wastewater treatment, filtration, dispersal, and reuse. Fabio co-founded LL Funds in 2009, leading all non-investing activities, including raising over $1.7 billion targeted to several RMBS investment strategies. During 2009 to 2017, LL Funds generated over $3.4 billion of profits and distributed over $4 billion to investors. Prior to LL Funds, Fabio was a Partner at Permit Capital, a family office with a broad investment mandate; an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners; and a Principal at Advent International. Fabio started his professional career as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company. Fabio is committed to American land conservation: acquiring and managing eight properties representing over 1,400 acres in the Chesapeake Bay area and Western Indiana. He is the sponsor of several wildlife-research projects and multiple educational philanthropic efforts.

    Mr. Terlevich received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Católica Argentina. Fabio resides with his family in Bryn Mawr, PA and Naples, FL.

  • Rahim Lakhani

    OPERATING PARTNER

    Mr. Lakhani has been a finance leader for over a decade. He has held leadership roles in the United States, India, and southeast Asia with significant experience in M&A and post M&A integration. Currently he serves as the CFO for Citrine Informatics, a B2B Enterprise SaaS company focused on using artificial intelligence for development of materials and chemicals. Prior to Citrine, he was the CFO for Alpha Capital, a publicly listed special purpose acquisition company where he successfully led the IPO and the reverse merger with Semantix, a software company in Brazil. Prior to Alpha Capital, he was the CFO and the head of sales and strategy for letgo, a P2P marketplace in New York and Turkey. He was also the CFO for AB InBev India where he led the post-M&A integration between AB InBev and SABMiller, leading a team of over 100+ employees, delivering significant cost synergies, and getting the business SOX compliant.

    Rahim received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology with high honors. Rahim lives in Miami, FL.

  • Gary Gultekin

    OPERATING PARTNER

    Gary Gultekin is a veteran global operations executive with over two decades of leadership experience across high-growth private equity portfolios and Fortune 500 companies. He has built and scaled complex, tech-enabled supply chain systems across manufacturing, procurement, and distribution—consistently driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and global expansion. Gary served as Head of Global Supply Chain for SoftBank Group International, where he led contract manufacturing strategy, implemented automation platforms, and delivered end-to-end infrastructure to support rapid international growth. He’s held senior global operations roles at top-tier PE-backed firms including Icahn Enterprises and 4Catalyzer, where he built AI-powered logistics systems and scalable manufacturing networks to support rapid commercialization. Earlier, Gary held senior global leadership roles at PepsiCo, Kraft/Mondelez, Novartis, and Reckitt Benckiser, managing operations, engineering, and supply chain transformation across high-volume, multi-national environments. At Cargill, he developed deep expertise in global commodities, margin expansion, and complex logistics, leading enterprise-wide cost and service improvements with lasting impact. Known for his ability to scale infrastructure in demanding environments, Gary has played a pivotal role in modernizing supply chains and enabling growth across sectors ranging from consumer goods to medtech and cleantech.

    Gary received his MBA from Samford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Istambul. Gary lives in New York, NY.
